Cornerstone Natural Resources is a Denver based independent oil and gas company focused on building a long-lived reserve base in the Williston Basin.

 

The Company has established a significant leasehold position and growing production profile in the Williston Basin. The leasehold totals approximately 30,000 net acres and is positioned over a substantial oil in place resource contained within multiple proven reservoirs. Significant oil in place underlies Cornerstone's leasehold and includes the Middle Bakken, Three Forks, and the Midale (Madison) carbonate reservoirs. Each of the aforementioned reservoirs has been proven productive within the Cornerstone project area. Cornerstone has exploited these reservoirs through horizontal wellbores. Cornerstone’s net production attributable to the leasehold is approximately 400 BOEPD from 43 operated and 39 outside-operated gross wells.
